How Propeller handles information when you visit our site or contact us.

Who we are

Propeller (“we”, “us”) operates https://propeller.marketing and related contact forms from our studio at 1541 Ocean Ave, Suite 208, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Questions: newbiz@propeller.marketing or +1 (424) 249-9199.

Information we collect

Contact and project details you submit through forms (name, email, company, site URL, budget range, project notes, optional file attachments such as briefs or decks, and similar fields).

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages viewed - used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Attribution parameters (for example UTM and ad click IDs) when you arrive from a campaign, so we can understand which conversations came from which channels.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, scope work, and deliver services you request.

To operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.

To understand aggregate traffic and improve content and performance - not to sell personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function (for example consent preferences stored in localStorage).

If you accept the cookie notice, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance, page views, and conversion events such as form starts and lead submissions. If you dismiss, those tags are not loaded.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect form attribution or analytics accuracy.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run email, hosting, forms, or analytics - under agreements that limit use to providing those services.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry and project records are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and legitimate record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing newbiz@propeller.marketing. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; contact us to exercise them. We do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.

Children

This site is directed at business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy.
